Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your ASSUREDSHOP account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return or exchange to receive a unique return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the original items, including all tags and original packaging, into a secure shipping box or mailer to ensure they arrive back to us in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your package over any previous shipping information.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
